About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with various commercial assets in Hong Kong and China. In order to provide premium customer services to tenants and customers, they are looking for a Senior Security Supervisor to join their team.
About the Role
- Lead a team to maintain daily security and cleaning staff operation
- Coordinate with other parties including tenants, customer services, property management teams
- Assist in handling administration work such as roster
Requirement
- Form 5 graduate or above education background
- At least 6 years security or property management experience
- Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit, first aid certificate is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in Chinese and English
- Basic PC Skills in MS Words, Excel
