About the Client

Our client is high end customer electronics distributors based in the US with a their Asia regional office in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Service Desk Specialist with good experience in L1/2 application and infrastructure support in a regional scale.



About the role

  • Providing daily technical support and handle requests from internal end-users following the ITIL concept
  • Providing first-tier network/infrastructure support; Escalating L2/3 issues to the regional infrastructure team
  • Delivering IT project by cooperation with global IT team and external vendors and consultants
  • Providing training for end-users on the application of IT resources
  • Liaising with vendors to solve IT hardware/software issues

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience in sizable companies, with MNC experience is a plus
  • Familiar with relevant technologies, including O365 tools(SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, etc.), AAD, CRM, ERP, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of infrastructure concept, such as LAN/WAN, routering, IP/TCP, public cloud environment
  • Capability to work independently, working along with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • Good command of Chinese(Contonese & Mandarin) and English
