About The Client
Our client is a well-established conglomerate and they are looking for Senior/Application Support Analyst (ERP) to join their group IT team.
Responsibilities
- Report and assist Application Support Manager on application systems' support and roll-out
- Handle first tier support and daily enquiry from users by gathering and analyzing their business requirement, and providing relative solutions
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting and bugs fixing
- Prepare documents and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP software support (MS Dynamics OR SAP OR Oracle EBS)
- Knowledge in programming language such as Java or Spring boot is an advantages
- Eager to learn and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
