Our client is a well-known organization and they are looking for Senior/Business Analyst to join their team.
Job Description
- Responsible for corporate big data analytic platform implementation and enhancement projects
- Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into data visualization to support executive decisions
- Consolidate data from different platforms/systems to conduct data modeling using ETL and build dashboard
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain, optimize and support CRM system development projects
- Be the key interface between BUs and IT in project management and coordination
- Prepare users' training materials and update project documentation
- Conduct regular system performance review to enhance overall users' experience
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, statistic or Mathematics related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience as business analysis or data analyst, preferably working at MNC or other large scale companies
- Proficient in data visualization using PowerBI or Tableau is a must
- Hands-on in ETL process to enable data integration
- Skills in Python, SQL and/or R for querying database
- Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition, testing, through to implementation
- Knowledge in Google Analytics and/or Dynamics CRM is an absolute advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player and self-motivated
- Good command in both English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin speaking)
