About our Client
Our client is a fashion apparel and accessories MNC company with global presence. They are now looking for a Senior/ HR Officer to support with their payroll and C&B operations.
About our Role
- Responsible for full set of Compensation & Benefits service for frontline Staff, including preparation of monthly payroll, management of attendance and leave records, MPF, taxation & etc
- Ensure all related payments are complied with local legislation
- Handle payroll, benefits management and attendance record
- Assist HR Manager in ad-hoc HR projects and other issues
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
- At least 3 years in payroll management experience in sizable companies
- Good communication skills and a good team player
- Familiar with SAP system is preferred
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
