Our client is a local well-established retail corporate in hong kong with high market recognition. They are expanding the team and looking for Senior/IT Business analyst to join their team. Candidates who are immediately available is highly consider.
Job Description
- Responsible for system development projects: Omni Channel integration, POS upgrade and CRM system launch and deployment
- Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design.
- Be the key interface between business stakeholders and development team, and coordinate with internal and external parties on project scheduling and resource allocation
- Perform UAT, data conversion and prepare user training
Qualifications:
- At least 3 year of experience in business analysis and project management in retail, FMCG or Supply Chain Management industries
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related disciplines
- Familiar with Point of Sales system, CRM system, Omni channel or SAP is highly preferred
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in Cantonese and Mandarin, and English
- Candidates with less or more experience will also be considered
