About the Client
Our client is a sizeable company with diversified business across HK and China. Under recent restructuring, they have separated the C&B team into Rewards and Shared Service Team. They are seeking a seasoned professional to join as the Senior/C&B Manager to head up the Rewards team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will assist in the development and implementation of the C&B policy and procedures. You are responsible to align group C&B initiatives with the statutory requirements. In addition, you have to liaise with the counties HR and assist in the regular exercises include benefit & salary review, compensation analysis and bonus exercise for the group. Moreover, you will be involved in the Incentives program and commission schemes. Last but not least, ad-hoc tasks may assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Social Science or related disciplines with at least 10 years Compensation & Benefits experience in any sizeable companies. You should be well versed in HK or China Employment Ordinance and related legislation. You should be familiar with MS Office. Being knowledgeable in Successfactor or other HRIS will be a plus. In addition, you should be detail-minded and have strong numeric sense. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must.
