About our client:
My client is a global leading premium fashion with a buying office in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion brand in Asia, there is a hiring of Senior Sourcing Manager in Hong Kong office.
About your role:
- Report to Director of Sourcing, you will lead a team of 10
- Responsible for factory sourcing, audit & orientation
- Material sourcing, development & cost control
- Product R&D from concept design to showroom sample
- Production management from buy to shipment
- Costing & negotiation
- Product aesthetic conformation & performance assurance
Requirement:
- Over 15 years of solid sourcing background in both product development and production; 10 years or above in manager level leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge in Woven, Knit and Sweater products.
- Experience in strategic planning and developing new business or projected related participation is preferred.
- Extensive experience in managing both Asia and European vendors
- Professional interpersonal skills to work with overseas buyers & vendors.
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
