About our client
Our client is a locally renowned conglomerate with a solid foundation in the Asia region. They are currently looking for a Senior System Engineer with experience in cloud technology to join their IT infrastructure team
About the role
- Monitoring, managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure in the HK office
- Providing L2 support to the internal on-premises system, cloud system and network
- Providing services on administration on LAN, WAN, AD, and cloud application servers
- Managing IT infrastructure project implementation, including migration, configuration, integration
- Providing insight and solutions on latest infrastructure trends in cloud and system
- Overseeing and coordinating with the helpdesk team on L1 infrastructure and office IT operation issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience; Candidate with less experience would be considered as System Engineer
- Experience in providing L1/L2 infrastructure management in an in-house environment
- Experience in system operation and support, such as Windows/Linux Server, VMWare, AD and Exchange
- Experience in cloud environment on Azure/AWS
- Insight in Oracle Cloud Database
- Insight in the IT network sector, such as Router & Switches, firewall, LAN/WAN
- With CCNA/ITIL/MCSE certification is an advantage
