Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (6-9month contract, up to $40k)

Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies throughout the recruitment cycle to attract and retain candidates in South Asia regions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and local teams to identify and understand the job requirements.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers. Ensure a satisfactory candidate experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment deliveries continuously.
- Maintain recruitment-related data timely, utilize data analytics to track and analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and other shared services teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with hiring practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior role. Proven track record of successfully recruiting talent.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Good collaboration skills with a high sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in using Human Capital Management systems and tools for talent acquisition. Experience with Workday and Smartsheet is preferred.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Details
- Base in Hong Kong, 6-9month contract
- 5-day work, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
- Location: Kwun Tong
- Expected to handle assignments locally and offshore which may involve communicating with candidates/stakeholders in a different time zone.
