About the Role
While reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will:
- Conduct the candidate search in the market to identify the perfect talents for various business units
- Build the candidate database and talent pool for the company as a whole
- Collaborate with business heads to understand their recruitment needs, requirements and budget to ensure smooth process and operation
- Conduct and participate in diversified recruitment projects
- Drive a positive employer branding in the market to increase competitiveness
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition in sizeable corporation
- Solid experience in mass recruitment and recruiting front-line staff
- Presentable, flexible and fast-paced
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required
