About the client
Our client is a fast growing financial services company in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Officer with 5+ relevant experience (ideally from banks) to join as part of the HR team.
About the role
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will :
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment from sourcing resumes, screening, talent mapping and conducting interviews
- Advise hiring managers/ employees to understand and comply with employment related ordinances and internal policies
- Compile various reports relating to headcount, staff movement, turnover analysis, etc and analyse data for management attention and decisions
- Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed
- Maintain staff personal file and make sure all staff computerised records in HR system are up-to-date and in compliance with legal requirements
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 5years' solid Talent Acquisition experience from retailing banking or financial services sector
- Able to deliver within a fast-paced environment by being well organised and prioritising workload
- Good knowledge of using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Immediate available candidates highly regarded, budget HKD30k
