About our Client

We are representing a reputable multinational service provider, with global business presence. Due to the expansion plan, they are looking for a dynamic (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding team and responsible for recruiting operational staff.

About the Role

  • Report to Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Manage end to end recruitment processes from discussing requirements with hiring managers and developing commercially focused, brand enhancing assessment and selection processes, job advertisement creation, sourcing, screening, selecting, offer and onboarding for multiple accounts
  • Focus on securing high quality candidates within agreed time-to-fill targets
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and business leads on identifying hiring needs and requirements
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote our employee value proposition and inspire candidates
  • Lead the offer process and work closely with other HR counterparts and shared service team to manage the onboarding process
  • Assist in any HR related tasks if required

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With a minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally with multicultural background
  • Experienced in high volume/ mass recruitment
  • Welcome for candidate from recruitment agency background
  • Self-motivated, passionate and with good attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
