About our Client
Our client is a listed and well-known service provider in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for a seasoned Senior HR Officer to join their team and focus on talent acquisition.
About the Role
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment operation including but not limited to candidate sourcing, job advertisement posting, conducting interviews and offer management
- Directly source for candidates through the use of social media sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and other external online candidate databases
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and employer branding to attract talents in the market
- Work closely with HR counterparts and line managers to understand recruitment needs, manpower planning and provide recruitment advise
- Assist in any HR ad-hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with mass and/or frontline recruitment experience
- Welcome for candidates from recruitment agency background
- Proactive, flexible and with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
