About the Company
Our client is an international retail group, headquartered in Hong Kong. Due to rapid business expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join the team as Senior Training Officer.
About the Role
You will report to the Training Manager, cooperate with a small team and serve a sizeable population. You will identify the training needs and design customer service, selling skills and induction trainings for frontline staffs. You will develop and enhance the mobile learning program. You will also conduct store visit, evaluate the training result and enhance the training programs when needed. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc HR duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Training or related disciplines. You need to have at least 3-5 years of solid training experience. Having worked in sizeable FMCG or retail company would be an advantage. You should be a good team player, passionate and willing to take challenge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is a must.
