About our Client
Our client is a listed Financial Printing Group with strong presence in Hong Kong. Their customers include reputable banks, insurance companies, corporate customers and fund houses. They are now looking for a Senior Translator to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to Senior Manager, you are responsible for translating, proofreading and editing financial publications and corporate materials, including IPOs, financial reports, agreements, terms & policies, press releases, or other marketing materials including articles and manuals in Chinese and English. You will coordinate delivery schedule, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and supervise and train junior translators.
Requirement
- University graduates in translation or language-related disciplines;
- Committed to financial translation;
- Sound proficiency in English and Chinese;
- Able to work as a team player with good communication skill;
- Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure;
- Shift duties and/or overtime
