About the Client
Our client is a sizable real estate developer in China, currently recruiting a Senior Treasury Officer to look after the treasury operation and cash flow management in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Treasury, you will be responsible for the daily Treasury operation and cash management, including cash flow forecasting and projection. Your role will cover treasury risk management and also financial analysis. In addition, you will support project financing and fund-raising activities. Ad-hoc projects will be involved.
The Successful Applicants
The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Finance Accounting or equivalent disciplines, with 3+ years of treasury operation/ cash management/ cash flow forecast experience, prior exposure in PRC and real estate industry would be an advantage. You should exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be familiar with the Microsoft Office application. You should also be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
