About the Client
My client is the securitie brokerage firm and expand their fintech leading position. They are looking for two positions - Manager and officer to join the team.
About the role
You will report to Head of Operation, you will:
- Manage daily settlement of multi products including equities, global securities, futures, options and other derivatives in Hong Kong and global markets;
- Perform daily operations including deal matching, daily trade transactions and Clear stream / Euro clear operations;
- Ensure a smooth running of the stock pledge processing, day-end procedures, stock reconciliation, financial settlement, and deposit and withdrawal;
- Review policies, rules & procedures and systems, and streamline operational processes in order to maintain quality services and control operational risks;
- Undertake ad hoc project, and participate in market rehearsal / UAT if required.
Requirement
- Diploma or above in any disciplines;
- Minimum 2-5 years relevant experiences in settlement operations;
- Hands on experience in operating Clear stream / Euro clear;
- Excellent team management and strong communication skills;
- Mature, responsible and able to achieve the tasks within the timeline;
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
