Our client is a well-known solution house with strong market recognition in Hong Kong and they are looking for Software Development Lead to join their team.
Job Description
- Lead the development team and drive system development projects across development lifecycle
- Identify business needs and establish the best cost effective technical solution to streamline business processes
- Define and determine system development guideline and standard to ensure its quality and sustainability
- Prepare technical specifications on solution design and present technical architectures to senior management
- Identify risks, monitor and troubleshoot the existing system program by preparing disaster recovery plan
- Train junior programmers and conduct feasibility studies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- 7-9 years of working experience in system development with solid leadership experience, consultancy or vendor background is preferred
- Experience in following tech stacks: ReactJS, NodeJS, PHP, Java, Restful API, JavaScript
- Proficient in cloud deployment technologies like Docker and cloud computing: AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience in CRM and/or ERP is preferred
- Strong software development lifecycle management and project management background
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
- Excellent in problem-solving and highly organized
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
