About our client
Our client is a reputable fintech solution provider, who has been providing industry-leading solutions, such as AI, finance applications, to renowned financial sector partners. With the purpose of team expansion, they are looking for a Solution Consultant who is familiar with the environment of the financial service industry.
About the role
- Collecting and analyzing user requirements to come up with solutions for productivity enhancement of clients
- Working as a trusted advisor and understanding the needs and goals of clients, thereby recommending according to products/solutions to them
- Preparing and presenting technical solution proposal/proof of concept to the customers
- Work with internal team to deliver solutions or services that are tailor-made for the clients
- Assisting on the post-sales tasks, such as UAT & training
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree hold in Business Administration, Information System, Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of IT consulting, Presales or relevant working experience, preferably in fintech solution providers; Candidates with less experience would also be considered as Assistant Solution Consultant
- Experience in IT solutions in the financial industry, such as transaction solutions, AML, RPA, AI, is preferred
- With a good understanding of IT trends in the banking sector
- Good communication, presentation amd interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
