Our client is an energy drink company with strong presence around the globe. They are looking for a Sport and Event Specialist to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist the execution of sport event programmes through new events, leveraging tactical 3rd party event, athletes and opinion leaders project. You have to manage the events to support and maximize the brand's exposure.
You are expected to identify relevant sports celebrities / KOL with good brand fit and optimise impact to the community, also to maximize the event portfolio by connecting international KOLs with local to excite customers and drive the brand awareness.
You will be the keyperson to establish strong network of partnership. You will develop network with sport institutes, agencies and media for potential collaborations and increase their use of the products.
You are accountable for the branding and communications. You will ensure brand awareness and create unique stories and interesting media contents for marketing teams.
You will also assist in ad hoc projects when required.
About the Candidate
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sports industry
- Strong network in sports industry
- Proven track record of organising events and projects in different scales
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and creative
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
