Our client is a top luxury fashion brand and currently looking for a Store Director to manage the retail sales team and oversee the daily store operations in Macau.
About the Role
- Manage a retail sales team and oversee the daily store operations, which include sales targets, KPIs, staff recruitment & training
- Lead the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Build customer database and maintain a good relationship with valuable customers and VIP
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail function, solid experience in luxury retail fashion is preferred
- Proven track records and results-driven with strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin highly preferred
