About Our Client
Our client is a top luxury brand, they are looking for a Store Operations Manager to provide full support to the Boutique on all client operations and administrative related issues.
Responsibility
- Avoid stock lost and stock damage
- Ensure operation efficency
- Ensure boutique maintenance and tidness is up to standard
- Lead the team include Cashier, Store Administrator, Stock Assistant, Tailor and Shop Attendants, Part-timers to achieve business goals and objectives
- Lead Boutique Audit
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 4 years at supervisory level in the luxury retail industry
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
