Our client is a leading food manufacturer and operates in more than 50 countries around the world. Due to business expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Senior Officer in Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Liaise with 3PL for ordering and delivery to ensure on-time delivery
- Schedule daily and peak delivery routing for stock replenishment to maintain a healthy stock level and a cost saving delivery plan
- Create accurate purchasing requisitions on ordering , handle document and data update in system
- Liaise with different functional teams, as well as overseas counterpart, to support daily operation
- Review logistics operations with providing process improvement plans for performance enhancement and cost saving
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain / Logistics or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain/ logistics in retail/ food industry
- Experience in cold chain delivery is preferred
- Experience in MS Office, ERP system or any supply chain software solutions is preferred
- Fluent communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supply Chain Officer
- Immediate available is preferred
