About the Client
Our client is a well-established within the Banking sector with a strong footprint in Hong Kong. Due to upcoming business needs, they are now seeking for passionate individual to join them as the Senior Vice President, Total Rewards.
About the Role
- Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values, driving employee engagement and retention
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans
- Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and employee satisfaction
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with HR leadership and senior management to develop and implement innovative total rewards programs that support the company's talent strategy
- Manage the annual salary review process, bonus programs, and equity grants, ensuring alignment with performance and business outcomes
- Monitor and analyze compensation trends and metrics to inform decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of total rewards programs
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in C&B / Total Rewards gained preferably from the Financial Services sector
- In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits programs, and total rewards strategies
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that support business objectives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is preferred
