About our client
Our client is a reputable listed property management with a regional presence. They are looking for a System Administrator for their internal support and infrastructure administration to join their infrastructure team.
About the role
- Performing L1/2 helpdesk support to internal users in a timely and effective manner
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the internal IT infrastructure, including on-prem/cloud-based system, server and network
- Cooperating with the senior infrastructure team peer on system project implementation, upgrade, configuration and migration, etc.
- Manage external parties on operation when needed
- Work closely with the IT team to maintain application operation
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant fields
- Minumium 2 years of working experience in performing helpdesk duties to users in an office environment, with regional experience is a plus
- With good knowledge and experience in Windows and Linux environments
- Familiar with mainstream system technologies, such as O365, AD servers, VMware, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting network technologies, such as firewalls, VPN, LAN/WAN, router & switch
- Familiar with public cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS) is an advantage
- Good communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
