About our client
Our client is a hospitality group with numerous presences on a global level, and they are currently looking for a Digital Solution Specialist, who good experience in supporting Windows workplace products, to join their regional team
About the role
- Performing day-to-day operations and monitoring of L2 technical issues, AD access management, SharePoint/OneDrive management, Teams use case, etc.
- Handling support request passed from the L1 helpdesk team
- Cooperating with application and infrastructure engineering teammates on the cloud-based system on development/implementation/upgrade projects
- Developing on Power Platform(Power App/Power Automation) for office automation and workflow optimization
- Assisting with IT administrative tasks, such as documentation, budgeting and policy update
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 3+ years of above relevant working experience, preferably with insights in working with regional projects
- Hands-on experience in the administration of Windows workplace solutions, such as Azure AD/O365/SharePoint/Windows Server, with experience in PowerBI, Azure Backup, DR planning is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft low-code development platforms (e.g., Power App, Power Automate). With self-study experience would also be considered
- On-job training & Documentation are available
- Knowledge of Networking, DHCP, DNS, SSL and VPNs is a plus
- Good command of Chinese and English
