About our client
Our client is a renowned manufacturer with a global presence, and they are now looking for an experienced System Engineer to support their backend IT infrastructure which is for their regional operation.
About the role
- Responsible for L1&L2 system management and administration in the on-premise system and cloud environment, including configuring, troubleshooting, documentation, backup, DR planning & patching
- Performing basic daily network operation and support, such as switches&router, Firewall, VPN
- Escalating issues to relevant parties(internal team & vendors) when necessary
- Assisting the design and planning stage of system solutions
- Coordinating with teammates in the infrastructure team for infrastructure projects
- Providing helpdesk support when required
Requirements
- Diploma or above holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the IT infrastructure sector
- Proficiency of the Windows environment and technologies, such as AD, Exchange servers, VMware
- Familiar with network support and troubleshooting, such in Cisco, Cisco Firewall, VPN
- Holder of MCSE/MCP/CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus
- Insight in the operation of cloud platforms, preferably in GCP, is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
