About the Client:
Our client is one of the fastest growing direct selling companies globally with a need to hire a System Engineer, responsible for deployment and configuration of virtualisation environment (VMware) and system administration.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for deployment and configuration of VMware virtualisation to support the digital transformation to AliCloud. You will troubleshoot and analyse the performance monitoring and tuning. You will perform the documentary task in response to maintenance, operating and configuration. You will also perform maintenance of IT related appliances (server, network, laptop, IP phone).
The Successful Applicant:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience with system administration, with full knowledge of computer science, operating system, network and security.
- Proven ability to virtualisation technologies: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM.
- Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux/ Windows), network protocol and Cloud Tech (AliCloud, AWS, Azure).
- Good English and Mandarin.
