Our clients are well-established retail companies and they are looking for System Manager to join their team.
Job Descriptions
- Act as a Team Lead, lead a small team to manage ERP system revamp, migration and implementation projects across Hong Kong, China and other countries in Asia
- Responsible for end-to-end project management from project objectives setting, road mapping, budgeting, scheduling to roll out
- Gather, analyse and ensure all projects and users' requirements are aligned with Group IT and procurement policies
- Enhance business operational efficiency and streamline business processes with the use of business system by establishing proper workflow
- As a key contact point between internal supply chain, finance, sales & marketing and manage external vendors on system change and lead system support
- Prepare documentation and provide end-user training for new system launch and enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of experience in revamping Dynamic ERP system in cross-region, preferably working at FMCG, F&B or retail industries
- Proficient in NAV, AX and/or Business Central is a must
- Familiar with POS, sales ordering, accounting and inventory system are highly preferred
- Proven track record in vendor management and team management
- Skills in SQL, MySQL or Crystal report is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers and partners in all-levels
- Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded, and high ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin speaking)
