About The Client
Our client is a globally renowned multinational corporate and they are looking for a System Manager (ERP/HRIS) to join their group.
Responsibilities
- Be a leader to manage group ERP transformation and migration projects and in-charge of the full spectrum of system operation and administration
- Lead the ERP system design and implementation include translating the functions and business needs into technical design, ensuring system functionality, project scheduling and delivery, data migration, testing, system rollout and post-launch maintenance
- Prepare business cases and suggest innovative technical solutions to address business needs and improve business process efficiency
- Manage development team and vendors to deliver application system as according to both functional and system design specification
- Prepare documentation and provide insight and training on digitalization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT and full cycle ERP/HR system implementation at sizeable companies
- Experience in finance account and controlling module is an absolute advantage
- Experience in SAP/PeopleSoft implementation and customization is also an advantage
- Proficient in project and vendor management, be a strong influencer and executor with proven track record
- SAP certification in any one of SAP HANA or C/4 HANA experience is preferred
- Good problem solving skills, result-oriented and organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills both in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant System Manager
