About The Client

Our client is a listed property investment company that developed and managed world-class commercial properties and they are looking for a System Manager (HRIS) to join the HR team.
Responsibilities
  • Be a leader to manage HRIS transformation and migration projects and in-charge of the full spectrum of system operation and administration
  • Lead the HRIS system design and implementation include translating the HR functions and business needs into technical design, ensuring system functionality, project scheduling and delivery, data migration, testing, system rollout and post-launch maintenance
  • Liaise with stakeholders, IT team, HR team and vendors to drive alignment and ensure all contractual commitments and deliverable are successfully and completely delivered
  • Manage vendor and monitor system performance
  • Prepare documentation and provide technical support on digitalization initiatives
  • Provide user training
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR system design and implementation for sizeable companies
  • Solid experience in cloud HR solutions such as Workday, SAP or Peoplesoft
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage
  • Strong influencer and executor with proven track record
  • Good sense of data security and database management
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin is required)
