Job Description
- Assist System Manager on system implementation and integration projects for APAC region
- Provide daily system support and configuration to SAP SD&MM modules
- Work with global business users, internal development team, and vendors on the customization of the application
- Provide troubleshooting and resolve SAP issues from end users
- Prepare user training to enable the user to operate the system appropriately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 1 year' working experience of ERP/SAP system support
- Knowledge in SD/MM modules is a plus
- Willing to learn and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
