Our client is a well branded retail group with More than 10 billion annual sales, base in Guangzhou.

  • Improve the recruitment system, recruitment system and recruitment process, shorten recruitment cycle and improve recruitment efficiency
  • According to company strategy, analysis of each department talent requirements, prepare the recruitment plan and organize their implementation, set up and improve the recruitment process and system; Make TA budget and control its implementation
  • Integrated existing channels, developed multiple resource layouts, analyzed result conversion rate, evaluated channel effect, and selected excellent channel combinations. Manage and maintain channels
  • According to the requirements of the employing departments, release information about job requirements, do a good job in promoting the company's image, and carry out recruitment, selection, interview, selection and placement
  • Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment, put forward the reasonable Suggestions of optimizing recruitment system and process, complete the recruitment analysis report
  • Focused on following up the flow of talents in the company's middle and senior management and core departments, assisted in establishing and improving the talent reserve selection mechanism

 

Job Requirement

 

  • Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or management is preferred
  • TA working experience in FMCG/retail industry is preferred, with a deep understanding of the industry and strong stress tolerance
  • 7-10 years of human resources recruitment experience
  • Familiar with recruitment process, skilled in using various recruitment tools and means, rich recruitment experience and skills, familiar with relevant national laws and regulations
  • Have good professional ethics and ethics and good sense of teamwork
  • Excellent language expression and communication skills, coordination skills, analytical skills, good team spirit
