About Our Client
Our client is a reputable FMCG company with strong global presence. Due to business expansion, they are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join HR their team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
While reporting to the HR director, you will:
- Manage and handle full spectrum of recruitment functions for local and regional office
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve company target and support the company expansion plan
- Plan, execute and review recruitment procedure & policy
- Work closely with other business units and provide market insights on headcount planning and budgeting
- Lead and work with the team on end-to-end recruitment process
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree holder with minimum 6 - 7 years' experience in talent acquisition within an agency or in-house environment preferably from the Retail and or FMCG sector
- Experience in identifying corporate function talents is preferred
- Flexible with good learning agility
- Strong entrepreneurship mindset and "can-do" attitude
- Agile with good stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese
