About The Client
Our client is one of Hong Kong's leading banks. As part of HR team transformation and expansion, they are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead with 12-15+ years of experience to join.

About The Role
Report into the Head of HR, you will lead a team of 3 with a key mission to to attract, engage, develop and retain best talents. You will be held responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, work with other HR CoE Leads to deliver hiring goals within the bank - this include building out strategies to attract extraordinary talents to add to the bank's capability and continued growth; provide strong relationship management between the recruitment team, hiring managers and partners; also provide updates on hiring status, advice on creative sourcing strategies and coaching hiring managers on recruitment approaches.

Requirements
Our client is seeking an experienced talent acquisition leader that is results-oriented with the ability to build high performing teams. You will enact strategies around direct sourcing methodology, selection processes, employment branding, strategic partnerships, assessments, implementation and utilisation of applicant tracking systems, and consulting with and guiding leaders to ensure programmes and systems are managed in ways that reflect the company culture and values. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) will be required, and candidates with short notice highly regarded.
