Our client is a well-known hospitality brand, currently hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the team and drive recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives for the group.
About The Role
- Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.
- Creating a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
- Motivating employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs.
- Sourcing and discovering a top talent for open positions via multiple channels
- Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience.
- Leading, managing and supervising members of the recruitment team for evaluating recruitment efforts
- Responsible for recruitment channels management
- Participate in HR digitalization projects to meet with organization goals
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in human resources, business administration or relevant discipline
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Motivated and fast-paced with strong business acumen
- Good interpersonal and communications skills liaising with internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Immediate available candidates highly regarded
