Our client is a well-known hospitality brand, currently hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the team and drive recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives for the group.

About The Role

  • Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.
  • Creating a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
  • Motivating employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs.
  • Sourcing and discovering a top talent for open positions via multiple channels
  • Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Leading, managing and supervising members of the recruitment team for evaluating recruitment efforts
  • Responsible for recruitment channels management
  • Participate in HR digitalization projects to meet with organization goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in human resources, business administration or relevant discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Motivated and fast-paced with strong business acumen
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Immediate available candidates highly regarded
