Our client is an industry leading logistics operator with a growing business portfolio spanning across Asia Pacific and Greater China. To cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for an passionate candidate to join the team as Talent Acquisition Manager.
About the Role
You will directly report to the Senior HR Manager, lead a team of 8-10 and serve a population of 3000. You will work closely with the line managers and identify the hiring needs. You will plan and develop recruitment strategies and conduct HR projects like recruitment day and job fairs. You will also review and enhance the recruitment policies and procedures. Last but not least, you will prepare HR reports for management review and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have at least 6 to 8 years of solid recruitment experience including 3 years in a managerial role. Having worked in a labor intensive environment and industries such as retail, FMCG or logistics will be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
