A reputable HK listed company with a strong record of success and an industry leading business portfolio is now inviting a high caliber individual to join them as the Talent Acquisition Manager.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will report directly to the HR Director while leading a small team of 2 HR Officers. You will be responsible for the overall administrative and operational functions of talent planning and recruitment. You will also take lead in the development and implementation of talent acquisition policy, procedure and programs aligned with Company objectives. In addition, you are required to review and analyze existing recruitment process to ensure best HR practice while maintaining up to date knowledge of talent movement in market. Finally, you will maintain a strong communication with all levels staff to ensure recruitment needs are met while providing reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for management review.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline is preferred
- At least 6 years of hands on recruitment experience gained from a fast moving sector with a sizable population will be an advantage
- Have experience in managing large scale recruitment projects (i.e Campus Recruitment) will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient user in MS Office
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin will be an advantage
