About the Client
A premium Real Estate operator is looking for a passionate individual to join them as a Talent Acquisition Officer.
About the Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates and more
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals), with a focus on frontline candidates
- Review resumes and cover letters to determine if candidates meet the basic qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires (e.g., paperwork, orientation)
- Manage candidate tracking systems, maintain applicant records, and provide administrative support
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience gained preferably from the Property Management, Property Development and or Building/Construction sector
- Have handled volume driven recruitment projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility
- Proactive with a result-driven mindset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both verbal and written
