We are representing a reputable real estate and property development company. Due to the business growth, they are looking for a seasoned talent acqusition professional to join the team.
About the Role
- Directly report to HR Manager
- Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition activities that includes diversity sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment, salary proposal and offering process
- Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
- Participate and coordinate with external parties on in-house recruitment day and job fairs
- Lead and communicate with internal stakeholders on HRIS enhancement
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments if required
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from sizeable companies
- Proven track record on hiring both operation and corporate functions staff
- Self-motivated, passionate and with strong can-do spirit
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
