Our client is a HK-based conglomerate with expanding business across HK and China. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a Talent Development Manager to join the company and lead a small team.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of new training programs and initiatives. You will plan and drive annual training plans, budgets and strategies. Moreover, you will identify staff needs and gaps by collaborating with different departments and design corresponding training programmes for staff at different levels. In addition, you will participate in learning-related projects to drive a continuous self-learning culture. Last but not least, you will lead the development of appropriate training programs to enhance the service standard of staff and uplift the brand image.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years' working experience in HR or Talent Development, preferably gained in sizeable companies. Having experience in e-learning, Talent Management or setting up Talent Management Framework is a plus. You should be able to maintain a good relationship with external vendors as well. You should be flexible, innovative and dynamic and being able to work with ambiguity and multitasking will be a plus. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
