Our client is a listed conglomerate who is one of the industry leaders in Hong Kong. Due to the business expansion, they are currently looking for a Talent Development Manager to join the team.
About the Role
- Identify training and talent development needs of various business units to initiate corresponding training activities for frontline to corporate level staff
- Design and execute training curriculum to support business needs
- Conduct review and evaluate existing training program
- Prepare periodical reports and training schedule for the company
- Engage in ad hoc training projects assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in training and talent management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Outspoken, presentable and motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English and Cantonese
