Our client is a leading Chinese bank currently looking to grow their L&D team, and hiring a seasoned HR practitioner with sound Talent Management / Development experience to join.
About The Role
Reporting into the Senior Talent Development Manager, you will work closely with business leaders to drive a group strategy and talent development agenda to groom leadership pipeline and talent pools. You will review and initiate talent programmes for HI-POs across the ASEAN regions whilst strengthen the employer branding through effective internal communication and external channels. Apart from being the go-to person for talent management matters, you will also work very closely with external vendors to drive forward-thinking talent management frameworks in line with the business' strategies and KPIs. Ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Human Resources, Psychology, Media Communications or relevant disciplines, with sound experience in Talent Management area (qualified in psychometric assessments highly regarded) ideally from financial services sector. You will demonstrate high proficiency BOTH in written and spoken Chinese and English, and tactful communication skills influencing regional counterparts as required. An independent and mature mindset with great sense of ownership and customer-oriented approach will help excel in this role.
