Our client is a world recognised luxury brand with regional operations in Asia. To cope with upcoming strategic business developments, they are inviting a seasoned Talent Acquisition and Development professional to join as part of the HR management team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Regional HR Director, you will be an innovative thinker to join the Human Resources team and will lead the company's talent acquisition and development function to attract and retain the highest quality candidates to support company's mission and strategic plans. You will have a strong commitment to drive and promote the employer brand, attraction and selection strategies that are both inclusive and equitable to ensure employment and retention of the highest calibre of talent. Using your high level of stakeholder engagement, you will partner closely with senior leadership team to make an impact in the regional team.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 15 years of talent development/ management experience ideally in-house and agency environment, and a wide network in the retail sector. You will come with track record of success in delivering innovative sourcing strategies that deliver top talent at scale, experience creating narratives that impact the targeted talent pools, derived both at a skills level and adapted for market/geographical availability. You will also come with excellent influencing skills partnering with key executive stakeholders. You must have in-house recruitment experience and handling a highly international and matrix multicultural environment is required. English and Cantonese required.
