About the Client
Our client is a sizable telecommunications company with broadband, mobile services etc in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a team admin to join the energetic team.
About the Role
Working closely with the team, you are responsible to provide administrative support for the team and business unit, to handle general administration matters including sales follow up, meeting/travel arrangement and calendar management for the manager. Also to liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure a smooth office operation and support office supplies procurement and fixed assets management.
About the Person
- Minimum 4 years experience in Secretary / Administrative experience
- Strong coordination, organization and interpersonal skills
- Independent, pro-active and fast-paced
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
