Job Description
Our client is looking for a high calibre to develop buyer engagement strategies, involve in database analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage data from internal dynamic data & analytics platform to identify the top and most loyal customer
- Analyse database and identify the gaps in existing customer pool and recruit new high value buyers by working with external suppliers
- Collect customer insights through conducting research and develop buyer engagement surveys & interviews
- Liaise with different teams including PR & Brand Marketing team, Digital Marketing team to develop attraction plan for new and return customers
- Support the team in sharing of insights through database analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Bachelor's Degree with Marketing / Business / Applied Sciences or related qualification
- 8 years of customer relationship management experience, with minimum of 3 in customer / business development
- Experience in market research and strong ability to identify and pursue customer opportunities
- Fluent in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
