About the company
Our client is a fast-growing retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for a Team Head to join their Deposit Product and Digital Onboarding Product team.
About the role
Reporting to the Product Head, you will be responsible for formulating and monitoring deposit product and marketing strategies to achieve business target. You are required to develop new product plans (including Deposit, FPS, Remittance, Debit Card, Cash Transfer etc) for various customer segments and suggest marketing ideas aiming at enhancing customer acquisition, product penetration and cross selling opportunities. In addition, you will participate in digital onboarding, system enhancement projects and product compliance issues to improve business effectiveness.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8-9 years of deposit product experience in banks, with digital project and marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Sound knowledge in Deposit operation and digital onboarding.
- Multi-tasking, good project and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Manager position.
