About the company
Our client is a leading international financial institute in money lending business in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion plan, they are now looking for high caliber to join them as a Team Head, Integrated and Product Marketing.
About the role
Reporting to the GM, you will be responsible for leading a team in developing and implementing integrated and product marketing strategies in boosting Retail Lending business. You are responsible for formulating online and offline programs on customer acquisition, retention and loyalty to grow customer base on various sales channels. You need to work closely with product, operations and branches, and to develop tactical marketing plans to drive product revenue and enhance customer experience. In addition, you have to manage media programs and brand building activities to increase company awareness and conduct market trend analysis to maximize business opportunities.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines.
- At least 10 years' of experience in developing marketing strategies in banking industry, with solid knowledge in retail lending business is a must.
- Strong background in growing customer proposition in banks is definitely an advantage.
- Self-motivated, analytical mind and sound business sense.
- Good people management and project skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager position.
