Our client is an international IT solution provider on ERP and RPA solutions, and they are looking for a Technical Account Manager(IT Solution) with good knowledge of relevant products.
About the role
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and business development on potential clients
- Communicating and liaising with clients to identify and gather user's requirements
- Manage business sales process by effective promotion, presentation, negotiation
- Responsible for negotiation and deal closing with clients
- Working closely with IT teams(e.g. developers and presales) to develop technical solutions
- Reporting on pipeline and putting forward solutions on improving team and sales performance
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience in IT sales, IT service delivery, IT consulting or relative sector
- Practical experience in key account management, consulting or solution sales to sizable organizations.
- Familiar with Microsoft products(e.g. D365/PowerApp) is a plus
- With a track record on sales, target fulfillment is a plus
- Strong in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Motived, customer-orient person with good team spirit
- Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
